The working principle:

1. The rest position (seal) :

When the silo pressure below atmospheric pressure, produce a vacuum in the silo, when valve selected vacuum value, due to the pressure on the diaphragm, lift ring vacuum floating position at this time air into the bunker, know the vacuum value is less than the selected value in the bunker, the vacuum ring back to the normal position, depend on the diaphragm.
