The solution:

3. Replace worn wheel rim in time, increase the height and thickness of the wheel rim;
4. Improve the wheel bracket stiffness will be made of flat steel roller bracket instead of square steel roller socket, improve the service time of the belt roller coal tub;
5. Appropriate increase the pin diameter, increase the hardness, increasing the thickness of the chain plate;
6. Track and wheel contact tail wheel tensioning device working, regulation tail wheel tensioning device;
